Race Day Information

RACE DAY Schedule 2023

  • 7:45 am – Racer Check-in opens
  • 8:45 am – Mandatory 30k Pre-Race Briefing
  • 9:00 am – 30k Race Start
  • 9:15 am – Mandatory 20k Pre-Race Briefing
  • 9:30 am – 20k Race Start
  • 9:45 am – Mandatory 10k Pre-Race Briefing
  • 10:00 am – 10k Race Start
  • 10:30 am - Kids race start

Cut off times:
  • 1:00 PM, Eastern Lookout Aid Station (20 and 30k events)
  • 2:00 PM, Emma Peel Aid Station (30k)
  • 7 hours (30k), 4 PM
  • 6 hours (20k), 3:30 PM
  • 4 hours (10k), 2 PM

Lower Parking Lot

Abbotsford, BC V3G 2L3

Washrooms are located at the Parking Lot (Start/Finish Line).

There is also one washroom located at the upper parking lot (30k route only), at approx.18km in on the race route.

Bag Drop available at the Start / Finish Line.



Parking

There is limited parking on location, along Taggart Rd and Bakstad Rd. Please carpool if possible.  Anyone who shows up at the mountain with a carpool of minimum 3 people will be eligible to enter the carpool prize draw for additional prizes.



 

Cupless
This is a cup free event, meaning you’ll need to pack along your own vessil for fluids at aid stations and at the finish line.
Here are two suggestions: A packable style bottle or cup, or a homemade version in which you simply lop the top off of an empty kids juice box.
